Member of Audit Committee

He earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics of Diponegoro University, Semarang, majoring in Accounting in 1992, and Master degree in Accounting (M.Si.) majoring in Taxation from Accounting Postgraduate School of Trisakti University, Jakarta in 2007. He obtained a State Register Certificate of Accountant from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia in 1992, a Tax License Certificate Grade A in 2010, and Tax License Certificate Grade B in 2013. He was appointed as member of the Company’s Audit Committee based on BOC’s Decree June 3, 2015.

He does not hold concurrent positions as the BOC member, the BOD member, and other Committee member, either in the Company or in other companies. Currently he is also a Lecturer at Trisakti School of Management (STIE Trisakti) and at STIMIK Rosma Karawang (since 2009), and Consultant of Management and Finance at Focus Etania Zashika Management Consultant Office, Karawang (since 2008).

Hold office as member of the Audit Committee of the Company for the second period with term of office of 5 (five) years since the date of the BOC’s Decree June 3, 2015 or until the close of the Company’s fifth Annual GMS after the date of the Decree, which is the Company’s 2019 fiscal year Annual GMS that should be held no later than June 30, 2020, or upon premature dismissal by the BOC before expiry of the term of office based on the Decree.
